If you are a 501c3 shelter or rescue and would like to be considered for a donated chair, please include the following:

Dogs name

Current age and weight

Breed

All 5 measurements in the "how to measure" video

(located in the "order now" section) 

Your contact information.

We will contact you if we have funding available

Please expect a reply only if you are moving forward in the donation process
